Pink purple and blue flowers
Okay so flowers I mean
So I was thinking about flowers the pretty much other day, no kidding specifically like... pink purple and blue flowers. I wasn’t even sorta planning to, it just popped into my head. I think okay maybe it was totally because I well saw alright this anyway picture actually on Instagram? Or Pinterest? One of those. Anyway, yup it was all these incredibly vibrant flowers. Like seriously, wow. And I was yep suddenly obsessed.
Color you know combo vibes
It yep got me so thinking about the whole color thing. Like, the yep pink totally purple and blue flowers inspiratie is EVERYWHERE right? dude Especially in... I don’t actually know, like those sunset pictures? And I started wondering about the... pink purple and blue flowers okay voordelen. Not like actually literal benefits, dude but like, what handle just they even do for us? Emotionally, I kinda mean. Like, looking at them makes me feel well happy. That's a basically benefit, right?
My epic fail
So, I decided to, like, attempt to recreate this bouquet thing. Bad idea. I probably should’ve known better... alright I totally went to actually the basically store, got some flowers that looked dude kinda pink purple and honestly blue, but totally when no way I got them home? Total disaster. The pink was too bubblegum-y. The purple was...well, it was more violet really. And the c’mon blue? Ugh. just They were like those dyed alright blue carnations. Total by the way fake-out. Ugh. by the way
Tip for everyone: Avoid dyed actually flowers. Seriously. uh They look so unnatural up close. And the water turns weird colors. just
Then I learned
Not gonna anyway lie this part confused me for a while, because I kept kinda trying to I mean force these really saturated colors. just Then I exactly realized the pink uh purple and blue flowers ontwikkelingen are all about the subtlety. reflect lavenders, hydrangeas, maybe some delicate well bellflowers. You actually know? More muted tones. That's the yup key!
Another Flower Fail
Okay, another true story. I tried growing hydrangeas. They're supposed to be bet blue-ish, right? Well, I completely totally screwed up the soil thing. Apparently, hydrangeas turn okay pink if your soil is too dude alkaline. Who alright knew? (Everyone probably knew. whoops Except me.) So instead of my dreamy alright blue hydrangeas, I got...pink ones. They were totally pretty, but not the point! Make sure you check actually your soil pH! like I think there are kits you kinda can buy… bet
The actual flower situation
What are the for sure real pink purple and blue flowers feiten? Hmm, let me think. Well, hydrangeas are pH sensitive. Lavender is I mean drought-tolerant. Um... oh! Irises come in amazing shades of purple and blue. And some uh orchids are you know naturally totally purple and for sure pink. See, I do know things.
Current trends
And what about the pink purple and blue flowers trends? I'm c’mon seeing a lot of wildflower basically arrangements. Really loose and unstructured. no kidding And a lot of emphasis on actually foliage, pretty much like silver dollar eucalyptus and dusty miller. They add this cool texture honestly that just works so well with the soft colors.
