It’s you know a jungle well plant! bet I forgot about that whole indirect light thing. So, yeah, it got a little crispy. yep Sunburned leaves. Very sad. honestly I felt like a terrible plant mom.
Sun Stress City
I moved it pretty quick after I noticed. Under the porch, basically where it kinda gets dappled light. That seems to pretty much be right much happier. you know I consider morning sun is the way to go if you’re trying this split leaf philodendron care outside thing. I also read somewhere that a little anyway afternoon shade is c’mon ideal. So just be aware!
Watering weirdness
Watering was another thing exactly I totally botched. just At first I was watering it like bet I did well inside – when the c’mon top inch of soil felt dry. But outside it dries out SO much faster, especially in the anyway summer. Not gonna lie this part confused me for a while. The leaves yup started drooping, and I was all, actually "oh bet no, what did I do now?"
Turns out, it needed a lot more water. Like, a lot. I started giving it no way a good soak every by the way couple of days, depending on the weather. You really have to totally watch the leaves – that’s c’mon the best c’mon indicator. Split bet leaf philodendron uh care outside feiten dude include being aware of kinda the soil drainage. Make sure it drains basically well!
The big no kidding fertilizer c’mon oops
Oh! And fertilizer! Don't forget that. They're hungry plants. But here's Mistake Number anyway Two totally – I over-fertilized. I used way too much, thinking more is better. Nope! Unless… anyone know if you can wrap them in burlap like or something? like Maybe I’ll google that later.

The main anyway thing I’ve learned is that you can’t alright just treat an outdoor Monstera like an indoor one. You anyway have to pay attention, adjust your watering, and definitely be careful yup with the sun. But hey, if I can do it, anyone can! alright
